Eight players traveled to Perth on the weekend of the 3/4 June to participate in an invigorated Country Carnival. With a modified format to encourage more player involvement teams accrued points by the efforts of players nominating in individual doubles events-mens, ladies and mixed doubles. The Mens and Ladies doubles were played on Saturday whilst the mixed doubles were run on Sunday.

Individually Michelle Benjamin & Rosie Smith were runner's up in the women's doubles, with David Lawrence and Sachu Kurian achieving runner's up in the men's doubles.

Team Bunbury took out the trophy for the weekend over stiff competition from a large contingent of players from Mandurah, along with York, Kalgoorlie, and Geraldton. 

A big thanks to Team Bunbury for travelling to Perth and participating.
