Junior Wind up tournament 18th September 2022

Another successful end of year Tournament had 45 juniors & Sub-juniors entered in the 13 events which ensured that the awards were evenly spread over all the divisions. Starting at 8.30am & finishing at 3.30pm including presentation of trophies & awards followed by a lavish afternoon tea party for both Juniors and Parents alike.

Coach Robert Italiano said he was thrilled with both the standard of play & excellent sportsmanship throughout. It was especially pleasing to  have such a large number of parents and family stay and watch the whole Tournament.

Most games were hotly contested with more than 30 games being decided by one or two points.

Thirty three juniors took part in more than 105 games whilst the Subbies enjoyed their special events amid much noise, fun and laughter.

Robert thanked everyone who assisted with the Wednesday night coaching sessions and gave special thanks to the thirteen Sub-juniors, who have all improved and thoroughly enjoyed their special events during the day.

Very special thanks also went to Mr Tim Yuen as the juniors looked very smart in their new polo shirts sponsored by Forrest Avenue Dental Centre.

Robert also thanked the Senior Association for the help and support received each year.
